| Contacting the Admins via PM Rules.
We generally prefer you to post any problems in our forums, as we will
try to assist you there. However, for special requests or problems you
can PM (as you always did so far).
All 3 of us will be active. In order to not over spam our PMs with
requests and to avoid unpleasant situations such as: editing the same
user etc, please send your pm to 1 of the 3 admins, NOT to all of them.
Other terms:
You can speak in the languages written near each admin (in the pm),
therefore we support: English, Bulgarian, Greek, Italian and Russian
support at the moment.
Again, the admins are: (alphabetically
ordered)

Make sure your title is relevant for the content. We will not tolerate
titles like "Please helpppp" or other such examples. Do not spam us, one
PM / 1 Admin is enough. Sometimes it can take up to some days to reply
to a PM depending if we are busy on the updates and additions to our
network. That is why we insist in using the forums to post. | |
